Cancellation Policy:
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows will be charged 100%.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If something unavoidable arises within the 48-hour window, please contact me directly as soon as possible, and I will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
